The Nittany Dreamers Baton & Silk Corps was founded in 1992 by John Mitchell, the feature twirler of Penn State’s Blue Band. It teaches the sport of baton and silks to children from all over Centre County. The group performs at parades and events throughout Centre County including homecoming parades for State College Area High School and Penn State.
