2020 Commemorative Ornament
This delightful commemorative ornament will be a great addition to your holiday decorating scheme. Designed by Saige Sommese, it’s a 3″ disc of porcelain featuring our December to Remember logo. Did we mention that they make great gifts? Well, they do! We’ve created these in a limited edition, and so, when they’re gone, they’re gone, so order yours now.
The ornament is $15, and shipping is free!
Vintage First Night T-Shirts
Although we can’t hold First Night State College this year, we can still remember First Nights past with a special sale on long-sleeved t-shirts from past Resolution Runs. Designed by Jim Colbert, these shirts convey the fun of the 5K Resolution Run, where no one would bat an eye at seeing someone in a polar bear costume chugging down the street. Specially priced at $12.50, with free shipping, proceeds from these fun shirts from 2017, 2018 and 2019 will help support the Festival and rebuild our coffers for future events.
Festival Poster Coloring Kit
In honor of the 50th Festival in 2016 we created a “color it yourself” version of the Festival poster. The 24″ by 36″ poster features the Festival jester and a menagerie of friends sharing a ride on the way to Central Pennsylvania’s best summertime event. No matter if you color outside the lines or within, this poster makes a fun project and delivers a work of art and a sense of accomplishment when its completed.
Purchase the color it yourself poster and we’ll throw in the colored version to use as a guide (though you certainly don’t have to match that). The kit is $25 plus $5 shipping.
Poster Jigsaw Puzzle
It’s the year of the jigsaw puzzle! Sponsored by the Downtown State College Improvement District, the puzzle is a collage of Festival posters dating from 1990 to 2019. This 1,000 piece puzzle is 20″ by 28″ when completed.
The puzzle is $25 plus $7.50 shipping.
Vintage Festival Poster Sale
People love our posters – so much so that they often come looking for one that has sentimental value years later. They’re great for decorating a bedroom, dorm room, studio, home office – and more! Their bright colors and whimsical designs are guaranteed to brighten virtually any space. Lanny Sommese designed all of our Festival posters. The 2018 and 2019 posters were designed by Lanny working with his daughter Saige.
Posters are printed on heavy stock and are 24” wide by 36” high.
We’ve selected six posters for our sale – just $10 each plus $5 for shipping. Click on the image for a larger view. When you find something you like, just add it to your cart!
Big Spring Spirits Cocktail Kits
Big Spring Spirits, Centre County’s first craft distillery, makes it easy to enjoy some of their signature cocktails this holiday season while supporting the Central Pennsylvania Festival of the Arts.
During December to Remember, you can take a virtual trip to Big Spring Spirits each Friday. We share four videos in which master mixologist Brandon Wagner demonstrates how to make several specialty cocktails. Each cocktail is available in kit form so you can make your own at home. The kits contain everything you need except the ice and glass to make a delicious craft cocktail.
Proceeds from the sale of the featured cocktail kits benefit the Festival.
Friendship Bracelet Kits
At the end of May, we announced our 2020 Tying Us Together project. Although the COVID-19 pandemic is keeping us apart, we wanted something that would highlight how the bonds of love and friendship tie us together. And we couldn’t think of a better way to do that than with friendship bracelets, long a staple of the Festival’s Children and Youth Sidewalk Sale.
Our friendship bracelet kits have everything you need to make some bracelets that will take you back to lazy summer evenings, that trip to the beach, or time spent with special friends. Each kit contains approximately fifteen skeins of embroidery floss. The number of bracelets each kit will make depends on the the style of bracelet you make.
They’re $7.50 each, with free shipping!

Friendship Bracelet Sets
The Tying Us Together Project was a huge hit last summer! More friends of the Festival than we can count have made Friendship Bracelets, shared them with their friends and families, and given the rest to us to help support the Festival. Though supplies are limited, contact us if you’d like to make your own bracelets to share with others or send back to us to sell as part of our fundraising efforts.
Friendship bracelets are sold in packages of 5 for $10, plus $2 for shipping and handling. Because each bracelet is unique, we cannot accommodate requests for specific colors or styles. We’re sure you and your friends will love whatever we send you!
Limited Edition 2020 Festival Tote Bag
Need another re-usable bag for the grocery store, a beach tote for trashy novels and sunblock, or a fun carry-on when the days of airline travel return? This generously sized (20″ by 14″ by 5″) tote is for you! A good friend of the Festival gave these cool bags to us this summer. AND WE LOVE THEM! Quantities are extremely limited so act quickly if you want this practical memento of our virtual 2020 Festival. Once they’re gone, they’re gone!
The bag is $15 plus $5.00 shipping.
Arts Festival Wines
We are excited to partner with University Wine Company as it introduces Arts Festival White & Rosé!! These wines are the second installment of the winery’s Impact Artist Series. The crisp white wine is a dry blend of Pinot Gris and Chardonnay with flavors of melon, apricot, and crisp acidity. The dry rosé has a taste of bright red fruit and pairs delightfully with cheeses, charcuterie, salmon, and more! Both are labeled with the 2020 Festival poster, designed by Lanny and Saige Sommese. Purchasers must be at least 21 years old. Orders will be fulfilled by University Wine Company; free local delivery in Central Pennsylvania.
