Happy Valley’s first community film and video challenge comes to the Arts Festival. Residents, students, businesses, and first-time creators were invited to make a short video about Happy Valley, any camera, no experience required, scored with free, locally licensed music from the Spaces In Between Productions Sync Library. See selected entries screen at The State Theatre and winners announced live on stage.
