Central Pennsylvania is graced with a multitude of singer songwriters writing and performing original material in a variety of genres. The Central Pennsylvania Festival of the Arts is pleased to present four of the finest, along with host and moderator Jim Colbert.
This year’s line-up includes:

Her songs speak of land conservation ideas, overcoming physical challenges, and the stories of the people she has met in her global travels performing.

Jim Colbert – Host Jim Colbert is a multiple-award winning songwriter from Bellefonte. He has performed at festivals, venues and concert series throughout the United States, including Godfrey Daniels, The Borderline Folk Club, Sumner-Knight Chapel and The Rose Garden. Jon Rounds – Jon Rounds’ musical career began in State College in the 1970s as lead guitarist for Bob Dear. A prolific songwriter, Jon went on to play and write for the Rounds Brothers, Cartoon, Hughes Kidder & Rounds, and currently performs as part of the Guitar Brothers. He has appeared at the legendary Bluebird Cafe in Nashville, in addition to being a longstanding performer at both Central Pennsylvania Festival of the Arts and First Night State College. His songs have been performed or recorded by dozens of artists with State College ties, including Richard Sleigh, Tommy Wareham, Whetstone Run, Morningsong, and Kevin Slick.
Joe Tombasco – Joe Tombasco’s musical roots started with his childhood family band The Tomcats and continue onto current day local favorites LoJack and OK Otter. He has been creating and performing music continuously for 25 years. Joe is a multi-instrumentalist whose work reflects his varied and eclectic music history and his roots in Northeastern PA.

Michael Lundy – Michael Lundy is a singer/songwriter from Williamsport, PA. After spending 32 years in the United States Air Force, Michael returned home to the Central Susquehanna Valleys in 2012. Since then, he has pursued his life-long ambition to perform music not only as a solo artist but also as a member of the band, Prairie Dogma. Michael’s originals songs will be featured on the band’s forthcoming studio album.
