Melanie Morrison, a veteran of the State College music scene, sang with the fabled Miss Melanie and the Valley Rats. Her new band showcases her powerful vocals as she’s backed up by ace percussionist Chris Coyne and talented singer-guitarist Brian Cleary. This is the band’s first appearance at the Festival.
