Young Artists Gallery

Children and Youth Sidewalk Sale

One of the things we miss about not having a Children and Youth Sidewalk Sale is seeing how creative young artists and craftsmen are. From watercolors to photographs to things made from duct tape, our young artists let their creative juices flow. We don’t want to confine young artists’ work to the exhibition venues of the walls of their room, the family’s refrigerator, their parents’ office wall, and the occasional exhibit at art camp. With that in mind, we’ve created this Young Artists Gallery for artists younger than 18 to show off their work.

If you’d like to participate, send a photo (a JPG or PNG please) of your young artist’s work to intern@arts-festival.com. The file should be smaller than 2 MG. Please include the young artist’s name, age, hometown, and what kind of work it is—a photograph, painting, duct tape wallet, hair scrunchy, or something else. If it’s a picture with a title, include the title of the piece too (see examples below).

By sending us the photo, you are giving us permission to share those photos online. We will not post anyone’s last name. We will only identity the young artist by first name and hometown. Unfortunately, we do not have a way to enable online sales, so the gallery will not act as an e-commerce site.
