Nothing hits the spot on a warm summer evening like a dish of ice cream. Foodies, scientists, and everyone you’ll ever meet all agree that ice cream tastes even better when it’s free.
That’s right. FREE.
Join us on Friday, July 1, from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. at the corner of South Allen Street and Beaver Avenue in front of Schlow Centre Region Library where we’ll treat you to a FREE dish our favorite flavor of Penn State Creamery ice cream, Festival Fudge. Festival Fudge is a delightful blend of vanilla ice cream, fudge chunks, with a raspberry swirl. In the immortal words of Rachael Ray, “Yum-o!”
Our ice cream social is our way of reminding you that the Festival is just around the corner. Plus, it gives us an excuse to hang out at Downtown State College’s First Friday.
Festival Fudge will be available at the Penn State Creamery stand on the campus mall during the Arts Festival, and at the Berkey Creamery during the remainder of July.
